Hello Sydney! Asana Partner Seller Experience Recap.

On May 8th and 9th, a few excited Zhamatix team members headed over to Sydney for the Asana Partner Seller Experience - a two-day event that brought together leading partners from across the region to connect directly with Asana’s global experts, learn about upcoming product developments, and exchange ideas on how to better support clients throughout the APAC region.

Gaining Deeper Product Knowledge

The immersive event offered hands-on sessions and presentations covering Asana’s latest features, roadmap updates, and advanced use cases. We heard from Asana experts from across the globe, looking at technical integrations and workflow design, as well as the customer journey, adoption strategies, and how to better support teams through change, especially during onboarding and process improvement projects.

Strengthening Our Partnership

Zhamatix has been working closely with organisations across Australia to help them get more out of Asana - from license management and audits, to hands-on implementation, support and training. Attending this event gave us the opportunity to engage directly with Asana’s diverse partner team and hear how others are approaching similar opportunities and challenges with their clients. The event also gave us space to reflect on how Zhamatix can continue improving its offerings and support models to meet evolving client needs, especially with the significant rise in AI.

What This Means for Clients

The two-day experience reaffirmed the value of staying closely connected with Asana’s product and partner teams who have been monumental in our continued success as a certified partner for the past many years. For our clients, this means access to up-to-date expertise, practical guidance on getting the most from their Asana setup, and informed recommendations based on what’s coming next on the platform’s roadmap.

We look forward to applying our extensive new learnings to our current projects and clients, and to better supporting them in the years to come.
